The Monsterous Uterus

You know how dogs can hear higher frequencies of sound and are sent into a tail-tucking fit by dog whistles? Maybe, the uterus emits a similar sound that only conservative Republican men can hear and it sends them into a legislative rage against 'the monster'? Seems like the only rational explanation for the centuries-long uterus-induced hysteria.
