When you say Romania you think about Ceasusescu, Nadia Comaneci and The Black Sea, but you should know about beautifull women from this latin country. You can see in photo below Catrinel Menghia, a beauty from Romania.

When you talk about classy beauties, you talk about Italian women who are up to date in fashion, style and makeup. Mostly brown-eyed, they know how to carry themselves.
