Motivational Note for the day
Good day guys,
The difference between a Supervisor and a Leader...
A supervisor is able to aim for performance goals. He cannot see or meet the needs of the people or inspire respect, change and/or action in those who follow. His tools are limited by his single-mindedness. Everyone will understand his actions because they are driven by a single consideration.
A leader serves and cares for the people, the environment and the goals, then they improve them all. He bears the weaknesses of those he leads as he builds them to become greater. His tools are limitless because of his open-mindedness. Very few will understand his actions because he thinks about too many things that others wont and/or can't.
It's good to be a Supervisor. It's greater to be a leader.
A supervisor will always work for a leader. But a leader will always rise above his peers.
Who are the future Leaders? Who are the future Supervisors?
