Looking forward to this. I've been struggling with getting my ducks in a row, and thoughts organized -- some insight on time-management practices would be good. Though, I fear my problem is more "stick to something, and finish it -- before you move on to starting the next thing".
I have similar problem. As a developer i tend to move to new projects before completing the current one.

If you have specific questions or concerns, feel free to post them.
There is no real secret sauce to get anything done. You can however almost always accomplish far more in less time.
I'll do a bit of reflecting and see if I have any questions -- thanks!
