There is literally nothing to misunderstand here unless you are Jim Gaffigan himself, which you aren't.
If that were the case you would be a whole hell of a lot funnier and probably eat less popcorn but that point is debatable.
The fact you are trying to make an argument about a gif adding to a post of my own work and comparing it to you using someone else’s content and trying to get paid for that alone is comical.
