A futile idea to cool off in the heat.

As usual, dreams come true the moment they're shattered, or rather, the opposite happens.

We waited for a warm summer and finally got it, but now, what to do with it?

It's 45 degrees and it's already getting dark, which is definitely not what we agreed on.

Summer should have at least some sense of propriety; we need to get used to warmth more gradually, not just suddenly.

Sure, buy an air conditioner and forget about complaints, but I like air conditioners even less than hot summers.

We need to come up with something, something that can provide coolness, warmth, and maybe even make us look back at a photo taken early in the morning; it was definitely chilly then, with the dew on the flowers.

For a second, or maybe just for a fraction of a second, it worked; it got cooler, but then it got hot again, and this idea is definitely not very promising for fighting the heat.
