A strange hobby.
A strange hobby.
If you're passionate about something and occasionally find yourself in, or even touch upon, a circle of hobbits (not to be confused with hobbits), you've realized that hobbies can sometimes be very strange.
Some people are into strange sports, some are fascinated by certain fields of science and technology, some play or sing musical instruments, some are immersed in the natural world, and some are passionate about collecting—and collecting shoehorns isn't the strangest way to declare your hobby.
Personally, I can't say I'm not one of these types of hobbyists... although I haven't shown any interest in shoehorns, lol.
But some of my hobbies are truly strange, and I even discovered this when I was looking at my collection and noticed that I was collecting... a hobby!
Lol, so looking at my drawings, it turns out that I tend to draw things that I enjoy more or less, and that's my hobby? Right?
So, mushroom picking has been my hobby since early childhood.
And I've devoted quite a few drawings to this topic.
It turns out that this hobby is even stranger, since it's a collection of random bits of my hobbies, and drawing is also a hobby, lol.
It's like a Mobius strip.
As for fishing, I don't remember a single time I overslept. I'm ready to go day or night. If I don't have a worm, I'll fish with a bare hook, or maybe even with my bare hands.
Fishing is an amazing thing, and despite its importance to me, it hasn't deprived me of the ability to notice other things, important things.
And when the fish aren't biting, you can always take a nap, and I love to sleep, you could say it's another hobby of mine :)
So, drawing my hobbies is probably the strangest hobby for me.
