I am making this blog post at around 2:36 in the wee hours of the morning this day and I started to get into trouble sleeping at around 10:30 PM. So I decided to make the night or morning for that matter productive because I can't seem to sleep anymore. I decided to watch some YouTube videos, check my Facebook for interesting and funny videos and then decided to write like what I am doing right now.

I actually turned-on my A/C after going home from my dialysis treatment to make me comfortable while I took a nap which actually gave me some sleep. However my sleep was intermittent and maybe gave me some couple hours of "brain-healing" time. My very short sleep times are just enough to keep my sanity intact and I thank God for it because there are many cases of people who really can't sleep at all and it makes them crazy, literal crazy

Then I ate my lunch-dinner which is just a few spoonful of rice and fried small Tilapia fish and then some of my supplements, I forgot to take some vitamin K2 MK-7. I did drank some almost transparent coffee and I think that gave me the trouble for sleeping. I was afraid to drink some Milo because I also suspected it to cause me my stomach upset which I talked about a couple of blog posts ago but maybe the coffee disrupted my ability to sleep.

There is nothing to do around the house aside from I can't freely do anything physical anyway so I would as always watch some videos again. I noticed that I yawned a few times and that I know could be a sign that my body wants to sleep. I felt that I can get some few hours of sleep since I am comfortable as the A?C in my room is still turned-on. I turned-off my laptop and then I proceeded to turn off the lights completely and tried to sleep but I failed. I might have gotten a few minutes sleeping but all I had done afterwards was trying to sleep, tossing and turning.

My guts are procing gasses despite that I haven't had any fiber last night although I just ate a little yesterday. It is one reason why I have disturbed sleep patterns aside from any other causes like my high creatinine levels, my type of body now, and probably my lower than usual hemoglobin levels as well. Among these factors, it was the high creatinine levels I blame the most for giving me a bad sleep condition.

I can say that because patients as I had read was recommended to get the "hemodiafiltration" treatment in order to achieve a better blood clearance from both small larger molecule toxins. But my dialysis center doesn't have such nor I can find any center that offers it near my town. I hope and pray that God wills it for me to get a better treatment as soon as possible because it is really terrible to live this way where you get a constant problem getting your basic body needs like what I am just discussing here, the ability to have a normal sleep and the ability to enjoy food.
