I cannot sleep for two days now

I am plagued with this sudden itchy throat the moment I will start to fall into sleep. My phlegm is also making me suffer all day. I will see a pulmonologist tomorrow God-willing to assess me if I needed to change my Antibiotics again or if I needed to be confined
