My expectation for crypto, in the altcoin part of it was positive before. I mean that I thought that if Bitcoin will go into grater heights for its value, then altcoin will also follow. In some instances it is true but as I am witnessing it right now I can't help but feel rather worried because it is only Bitcoin that is getting the lime light and not the altcoins.

The value of most altcoins now are depressing where some went into their all-time low. One example of this was the value of blockchain social media tokens which is rocking its users from seasoned whales to not so tasty planktons. So some are hitting the exits and bidding farewell to everyone to let themselves get out before the value of their holdings plummet more down into the great abyss of insignificance.

That is why we can feel and see that the blockchain social media is now buzzing with crickets because many bees had buzzed-off from the platform all because maybe it is not their while to continue like creating posts as it would not give them a damn thing in return especially with the prices of the blockchain social media tokens are in the price discovery mode, but in the down side.

Well I guess that it is the normal thing to happen because I remember when STEEM for example went into high values a few months after I finally got my account created, some people even made local groups, established real offices until it got abandoned because the price of STEEM went down considerably.

But that particular event made me realize that of a person or groups get financially empowered, the right ones that is, they will use their resources to help others like what I just shortly described above. I even saw someone doing his own charity work by giving some people he sees on the streets some groceries all because he is earning great amounts of cash coming from cryptos although he may or may not know that he is under the mercy of a Ponzi scheme using cryptos. However I can see his intent which is to share his "blessings" unto others.

I ought to do the same before but it was cut short by my exit to that social media blockchain. However I can do that now but my earnings is not really as good as before and quite just enough for my needs and then with the price depreciation of this digital asset, I might even get to afford to support myself in the future in this depreciation continues.

But whatever will be will be and maybe I am just emotional right now because of course, I had been fully invested in this niche for more than seven years now, toiling and burning the midnight oil just to produce something that will help me with my financial needs and to see the value of my digital holdings is somewhat a mental torture. However I am still lucky not to invest my own money but the house money, but it doesn't mean that it will not be painful if I will lose it because of the blood, sweat, and tears I spent to build my "skin in the game".

However I am still far from financial defeat because even if I will get lazy, my pockets will still remain deep thanks to the mercy and grace of God. But I am kicking myself still for playing safe all the time just to make sure I will not lose everything because the crypto world is brutal for the reason that big entities are always doing their dodgy moves in order to outplay the little ones and we have to be so vigilant.

If you have BTC, all that you can do to stay safe is hold. If you are holding Altcoins, well good luck to us because we may very well experience and see what we didn't expect and it is happening already. But since I am enjoying being a writer in blockchain social media, I will just ride the waves and see how the next months and years will happen for me because after all, God is always on my side and probably will bless that things which I am touching like the blockchain social media that had been instrumental for my level of success in my life, this life and I hope, beyond.
