I think I got the flu because I am having its symptoms since last week but I am hoping to discover its cause
I have not been feeling well lately as early as last week because my nose is itchy and I am getting teary-eyed as a result of it. It is a bad thing for me because when this things happens I would often get another bout of Pneumonia. Pneumonia is not good because it just means that my resistance to such infection is low but at least I get to feel better after going to a Pulmonologists.
However I am not having the coughs but I am experiencing fevers and chills and it is unusual because I haven't had a flu for more than a decade now. I thought that I am already immune to flu and cough but I am still not sure if my case is about having the flu. I am concerned about getting the flu virus because in the news I saw that there is a super flu going on and since I haven't gotten flu infection and then if I happen to catch it now, that will be a bad case of flu since it actually broke my immune system barrier.
After my last dialysis session last Friday my blood pressure was high which for me is unusual because normally it goes down to normal levels which is 120/80 before and after my treatment session. My blood pressure is often one of the factors I am using to determine if there is another thing wrong in my body.
Now I feel that my blood pressure is indeed high because my head is pulsing and then I am experiencing the chills and high body temperature because of the fever. I hate to take paracetamol because it is toxic to my liver but I have to take it to alleviate the chills and high body temperature. I am also having a diarrhea which is a sign of the flu. I was trying to sleep all day and night and thankfully I happen to get some sleep although it is intermittent but at least my brain is able to get a needed break and recharge it needs to make my sanity in-check.
I thank that at least I am not having the coughs and my nasal passages is somewhat getting an improvement although I am getting the teary-eye symptom. I don't know why I am having the flu considering that I am not malnourished nor mingling to other people in public and when I do like for example, going for my dialysis treatment, I wear surgical masks. But I think that my immune system is really bad because I already having stacks of years into my age with the mercy and help of God. But anyway I hope that there is a cause to this medical issue because I hate being sick with fever, chills, diarrhea, and also body pains.
I've been sleeping all day and night since yesterday because of these symptoms mentioned, I hope that I can get well soon and I am praying for it because I hate being in this situation where I might have to deal with flu because it is hard to get sick if you are already weak and have body pains, it will be so hard for me to endure it. I already took some extra vitamin C and vitamin B-complex to hopefully make me recover fast.
