I will only purchase a vehicle if the one we are currently using would break because of how my father drives now

I am now having a second thought of purchasing a vehicle even if I have the necessary funds to buy one because my father would always hit things with the passenger-side sidemirror. It had been quite a lot of almost accident type of hitting, mainly motorcycle handle bars where the last one I think went crashing down the road but it has no occupant or driver. My father just asked me to push the side mirror back to its place so he can see the passenger side of the car again.

I reckon if I will purchase a pickup truck which was my plan, it will have of course a wider girth and because of that we might hit more things aside from the pain of the vehicle getting scratches. So because of it my mind says "Nope" now when it comes to buying a new vehicle especially that I want at least a car with a high ground clearance and only pick-up trucks is the only viable vehicle to have since other types of vehicles with a high ground clearance comparable to pick-up trucks are more expensive.

The vehicle that we use was this Sedan given by my sister after she had gotten a new one which she pays until now and I don't know when it will be completed. But this Sedan is still working and just needs a proper maintenance to work, however it also needs parts to be replaced like the suspension which had gone soft and makes the vehicle lower on the ground. It cannot be driven fast in the super hi-away because it will definitely fishtail and get into an accident.

I am afraid that my father will have to retire on having to drive me and from the hospital soon because he is really getting old and it definitely affected his driving ability all because he keeps on hitting things with the side-mirror of the car. I guess that he might not drive for good as soon as we get into an accident.

It is a good thing that our Barrio had an ambulance that we can call if my father from time to time cannot drive me or if the streets is flooded with high waters. However if the ambulance is still in use and I happen to need it, I will have to ask for another mode of transportation to help me out with my regular need to to my dialysis clinic.

My church is always ready to give me transportation assistance but the problem will be how reliable they are considering that I needed to be at the dialysis clinic three times per week. But I guess that it will not be a problem since my local church brethren knows my situation and that they will surely help if I will ask for it.

Things like this problem makes me to think to just die before it happens because I do not want to see myself in a lot of trouble in the future especially if one or both of my parents will be gone before I do. But I know that I have to be strong but I am, the problem is that my body isn't and I do think that I will never be even if I tried because I can't even gain weight nor muscle mass, and I get injured when I exercise.

I just hope that God bless me with more ability to be mobile and free of pain or at least maintain what I have now because you can never really take-out the fear and worry from me having to experience a hardship leading to a slow death. It sucks to be in this situation where mobility is a big issue but I trust God for what he can do in my life in the future because after all he had been good to me all my life.
