My guts seems calmer without Moringa in my digestive system but I am susceptible to another gut condition



I don't know what to do now because if I will discontinue taking Moringa powder everyday, then I will suffer constipation and I don't want it to happen, not for once again because I had experienced a bad case of constipation and it was more than terrible. That is why I said to myself that I should take any food with fiber, even canned sliced fruits in one of my meals a day to prevent the re-occurrence of difficulty of passing stools considering that all my muscular system including "down there" to eject the bad stuff is also weakened.
I have to make an experiment about it now again and resume taking Moringa powder capsules with my second and last meal of the day which is late lunch. However my stools gets very loose whenever I use the toilet and the thing is that I have to race to the toilet sometimes and oftentimes i have to finish off my meal fast because my guts are already revolting and it has been like that for many years now, even before I was using Moringa powder to hopefully fix and support my health issues but I never felt an improvement for a very loose stools issue.
Cutting the dose in half might work but I guess that the therapeutic effects of Moringa powder will be affected because ten 500 mg capsules is still not good enough for a daily dose. However the presence of side-effects in my guts will not get an improvement, so in that regard I am in a dilemma because otherwise I will just face the worst of both worlds, constipation or pooping like a duck everytime I visit the toilet and it is not only that, I feel like my intestines are revolting all the time too.
If I were to reduce my consumption, I might get a negligible good effects of the Moringa powder and it is like wasting money, and effort because I make those Moringa capsules manually and with the weak back that I have, it gets painful too to make a 200 capsule batch. However I can experiment on taking about half the dose from now on to see how it will affect my guts. My aim is to get the anti-constipation benefits without feeling like I was downing a bottle of Castor oil laxative everyday and at the same time enjoying the good nutritional benefits of Moringa powder at the same time.
Now I might take my Moringa powder capsules not at breakfast time but like what I mentioned, during my second and final meal of the day and see how it goes. It is because that I may have been taking it too much for what my body can handle especially with the kind of digestive system that I have, so I have yet to see the results of this another experiment and I am a bit positive about it.
