My Hemoglobin had already lowered and I will be using EPO injections twice a week now

My current hemoglobin levels will necessitate a need for EPO injection to raise it back up again but this time around I will feel much better than before because of the elimination of acidosis in my blood.

I must say that I am already feeling much better psychologically with regards to not worrying about heart failure or stroke caused by high hemoglobin levels because the current complete blood count test had revealed that my hemoglobin levels is within the normal levels for dialysis patients although it is low compared to normal people.

It is funny to think that even with a high hemoglobin count before I am feeling breathless all the time, like fish out of water when I walk or for example went out from the bathroom and then I walked back to my bedroom, I was gasping for air. But now that my hemoglobin levels went down to 120, I am feeling more energized and not as breathless as before.

My current hemoglobin levels was already showed to my Nephrologist so now my EPO injections which had been on hold for more than a year will be used starting tomorrow God-willing. It would probably take my hemoglobin levels back to more than 130 which I think will really give me a better well-being like improvements on my strength, sleep, and hopefully my appetite.

I recently corrected my blood acidity levels by eliminating my ascorbic acid use because apparently it was the one causing me acidosis and gave me low concentrations of oxygen in my blood. No wonder that when my nurses takes a reading of my blood's oxygen levels using a Pulse oximeter on my finger before, it takes a long, long time for it to be read. But now it reads faster like what it normally does.

Also apparently, one symptom of acidosis that plagued me for years was the bitter aftertaste in my mouth. My mother sometimes gets that symptom, she would often talk about having a bitter taste in her mouth when she experiences hyperacidity. So because of it I had come to the realization that I was experiencing hyper acidity on my blood in particular and I worked on to think about the root cause of it in my case.

That is why I substituted Calcium ascorbate for Ascorbic acid so that it will alleviate the symptoms similar to high altitude sickness and it worked, the symptoms are now alleviated and I do not get that bitter taste in my mouth which is a sign of acidosis in my blood. I am also using sodium bicarbonate tablets everyday and I take them only once a day in an empty stomach to help my blood from being acidic.

However, if one's blood has a higher than normal carbon dioxide, the body will compensate it by making many red blood cells and I do believe that it happened to me with a higher than normal count of hemoglobin and red blood cells. But now that I apparently have a better amount of oxygen in my blood, the hemoglobin count had lowered as well because there is no need for my body it seems, to jack-up the production of hemoglobin and red blood cells.

Now if I will be using EPO injections, it will definitely improve my hemoglobin and red blood cell count and as I had mentioned already, it will improve my strength, sleep, appetite, and my general well-being because of the added oxygen in my blood to put vigor to my body's cells. It is a good thing to happen and I thank God that I finally got rid of these problems which I apparently caused by using ascorbic acid in large amounts.

But my blood acidosis and its symptoms is a thing of the past now and I do learned from it, but I solved it by identifying the root cause and eliminating the problem once and for all. So now I am expecting an improvement soon, thank be to God and to God the highest praise and glory, Amen.
