My brother messaged me and told me that the solar panels would get installed today and he specifically said in the message that the contractor or owner of the solar power service that they would "force" themselves to install it. Well I do hope that they would because I am excited to see the solar panels glistening on top of our new house's roof.

Definitely it will be a spectacle for those which will see it including myself because it was not even in my dreams to have a solar power installed, much less a house, both of which are requiring funds that some of my neighbors are already suspecting that my mother had won the lotto. But most people know was that my siblings are the ones which made it all possible. I really don't care about that because what is important for me and my parents is that we can finally have a better house to live into.

However we will have to wait for the net metering service to get approved and it will happen about two months from now. The good news is that the owner of the company has "connections" in the electricity provider and because of that we gonna have to be patiently waiting until the extra electricity meter is installed for the net-metering system which will allow us to get credits from the grid once the solar panels gives a reading to that net meter.

Well of course it is fine by me because the weather is not that hot and humid enough for us to ever need to use the A/C plus I am also used to having cold showers. I mean that the solar powers will only give us convenience although we will not worry about paying large sums of money for the electricity that we will use from now on especially when the net metering goes live.

But I also asked my brother if we can already enjoy the power generated by the solar panels and he told me that we already can at daytime when the sun is up and shining. SO in the evening we can just use the power from the power grid. But once we get the net metering system up and running, we can already use electric stove, the water heater, and any electric appliance freely without worrying about electricity bills anymore provided that we are using the credits generated by the solar panels.

That is why I am hoping and praying that the days are sunny and bright from on but the climate change really affected on how the weather is acting because there are lots of instances now that the sky is full of clouds so because of that the solar panels will never yield the maximum output that I want particularly after the hot and dry season. But we are just lucky here in my country that we live near the equator although we are visited by Typhoons plus the Monsoon rains but at least we get to enjoy more sunny days than rainy days and no winter, just cooler months come the month of December up to February.
