The house builder contractor already went to our house to discuss and asses what they will do in the coming days

Yesterday while I was busy in the bathroom scrubbing, I overheard my mother's cellphone ringing and it was my brother. I asked mother if what my brother told her after I got finished showering and she told me that a contractor/foreman will drop-by the house to let him and my brother with my parents to discuss what will be done to the new house.
I just didn't bother to go out since there was a plan already and the only discussion my brother and I had made was about the power outlet in my room plus having pin lights in my room as an additional feature. I also told him to put my door near the dining area because I wanted it to be situated near my feet and not near my head like what my current set-up is because I don't want people to see my laptop screen when they enter my room. I also want my mother to travel less when she enters my room to bring me my meals and when she puts my clothes to my clothes-drawer, but I hope that I can buy a cabinet with sliding doors soon because it is a better option for small rooms like I will have which will be 9.26 cubic meters in area size and both mine and my parent's room are the same size in the new house.
It seems that my budget will exceed for the total cost of the house because we will not be sprucing it with finishing styles especially outside while the tiles, wall paint, and cabinets for the kitchen will be set aside for now. The priority is to have a livable house first and then put the finishing later. It will be indeed a basic small house but with a solar power system which will give us free power from the sun with a feature of storing the energy collected to a big LiFePO4 battery which has a lifespan of maybe 15 to 20 years which in my opinion is a good deal enough although the battery is expensive but since it can be used for a long time, well it is a good news.
I just have a specification for the edge of the roof near the rooms, the gutter should be exactly below the top of the concrete wall so that when it rains, there will be no splashes of water sprinkling at the windows, we have that problem and with this specification that I want to happen I guess that issue will be solved. I also wanted the canal running from the drain to slope down to the street drainage system and I want it below the concrete to avoid having a bad smell to up to the windows and into the rooms. However, the said drain can just be diverted to our current canal running from the laundry area from back of the house and down to the garage area and out to the street drainage system which might be a better option for that.
Regarding the solar power, I hope that my sister would not extend their second floor because otherwise the solar panels would not get some morning sunshine and of course it is important because it will decrease the time that the solar panels in charging the batteries. It is one issue that I was contemplating about and I will have to make some big decisions if that problem would come-up in the future, well that is if God wills it all for me.
