This will be my last day in this contested house because we will be transferring to our new house
Apparently my father had talked to the wrong person for us to occupy this house. The plan was to rent this house but the husband of my late second-cousin doesn't want us to rent nor talking about paying for us to occupy this house and just handed to us the key and let us transfer to this house while waiting for our new house to get done.
But apparently late second cousin's husband has no more right about this property because he already remarried. My late second cousin's Aunt had called my mother and told her just that and so we are surprised which is why I do not want to be in this house anymore. It turns out that we asked permission from the wrong person which is why we will tune over the keys to one of our relatives as directed by my "second degree" Aunt as she insists that this property belongs to her and his late and then his surviving siblings.
We are just waiting for my brother to come home here and help us with transferring our things so I we can finally sleep in our own home today. The construction of the house had took about three months and it could had been more time to finish it if I opted for a two-story house plus more funds to burn and I am glad that I chose only a smaller house although I would like the rooms to be more than two.
I more than happy now and it feels great knowing that I made my parents happy because no people in this world will ever give them this type of beautiful and functional house although I still have to furnish the new house with things that we needed. It seems that the kitchen needs more cabinet and it will be my plan to have them installed in the future if God wills it. Some of the things we transferred to this house needs to be discarded like the things which my father had hoarded, they must go to reduce clutter.
I will be making my old plastic cabinet of my clothes for use as my father's storage cabinet for his tools and other stuff and it will be placed outside because my own built-in cabinet is very big for my needs although I want it to be that way. The room for visiting relatives will be the living area so if they needed to sleep, we can give them the sofa bed, besides the living room will be made air conditioned and definitely will be more comfortable compared to many people's bedrooms.
