Vegetable is life, Moringa powder is lifer
I had made another batch of Moringa capsules and the size of each capsule is "00" which is the second biggest capsule size where the biggest one, the size "0" is big enough to make some people die from choking on it because it is very big and can contain about 1 gram or 1,000 mg of powder by weight depending on the substance which you are putting into the blank capsules.
The size "00" capsule on the other hand is already OK for me and I would try to pack as much Moringa powder in it using my capsule maker machine's compactor. I take ten capsules per day which I think is a good amount for giving me both my fiber requirements and the myriad of nutrients which Moringa capsules contains.
I love the fact that even if I would eat poorly, it will give me natural vitamins and antioxidants which I need. Anyway, working with the size "00" capsules is much easier them the smaller "000" which can contain 500mg of powder. The size "00" is easier to take part with its cap and body, I would make a 100 capsule cap and capsule body set in two drinking glass and I will proceed in putting it in their corresponding trays using the try guide so that they would fall into their holes much easier than manually putting each one to every hole.
In that way I was able to make 200 capsules faster without breaking my back unlike before where I was putting each cap and capsule body manually. It is a good thing that my room is now air-conditioned and it makes my quality of life much better compared before thanks be to God, to God be the glory! Amen.
