Why the Ef that steel gates costs an arm and a leg?
I was hoping to have a new gate installed so that of course our place will look beautiful to say the least. The foreman which did the work for the house which actually also did the tile setting as well asks us what design for the new gate will be or look like. I have not much in mind what style of gate I wanted so I googled it and saw some nice gate styles or designs and I picked one that I liked.
I sent the photo which I screenshooted from the screen of my Laptop and sent it to the foreman. A bit later my mother had asked the foreman how much it will cos us to get the new gate done, he told us that it will sot us 50,000 PHP! It is not even made out of stainless steel parts nor it is not that big as well and it has no service gate too.
The current value in dollars of the said gate was $848 dollars, or will be more if the currency of our country wills still fall against the dollar which is very possible because of the utter graft and corruption going on in my country. Well it is a pain for the pockets, my limited pocket that is and I still have to consider purchasing bed for my folks and it still will costing an arm and a leg since they wanted to have a separate bed as my father moves a lot when he sleeps according to my mother.
Well, it is costly to build a new house and that is given and I thank God that we have it now with an addition of a free energy coming from solar power. I also have no plan of doing any other extra expenditure which I don't need so it is ok to spend for the house but really, the cost of everything is too much considering that the price of assets I own "digital' are going down and I must be honest that it worries me too. May God have mercy on my family and the highest praise and glory is to God forever, Amen.
