⛰️ Somewhere above Bogotá, everything feels smaller ✨

I think one of my favorite things about traveling is finding a place where you can stop and see the city from a completely different perspective.

Up here, with Bogotá stretching endlessly behind me, I just wanted to sit for a while and take it all in. The wind clearly had its own plans for my hair 😂, but honestly, it made the moment even better.

Sometimes we spend so much time thinking about what comes next—work, responsibilities, goals, routines—that we forget to enjoy where we are right now.

As a nutritionist, I'm always talking about balance, but lately I've been realizing that balance also means giving your mind a break. Walking somewhere beautiful, breathing fresh air, laughing at your messy hair, and doing absolutely nothing productive for a few minutes. 🤍

Today I didn't need much more than this view.
