Macro photography | Persian lilac | Not classical
Hi all!
Persian lilac differs from standard lilac in that it has more elongated flowers and a lighter color. Classic lilac, on the other hand, has a very rich color.
I believe the Persian lilac's fragrance is much stronger than that of the classic lilac. But that's just my guess.
Peace and goodness to all!

Love lilac, do they also have the same smell like those plants that we have in Europe?
Yes, it has the same scent. And because it grows everywhere, when it's in bloom, you can smell its aroma at every step.
I always wanted to plant lilac but every year then it is too late, maybe need to look now to check when it is te best to plant it here in our area.
It grows very well here. We plant it during all the warm months because it takes root very well. And to get more flowers, you need to prune it before winter.
