The Beauty of Gymnopilus Luteofolius Mushrooms in the Rainy Season

Today, I will once again showcase the Gymnopilus luteofolius mushroom growing during the rainy season. I discovered this mushroom two days ago in preparation for a contest we're holding in the WOX Community. I took this photo with a modified Sony lens.

This mushroom is often seen in Aceh's forests during the rainy season. However, it's important to note that Gymnopilus luteofolius grows on decaying trees. Because this type of fungus, Gymnopilus luteofolius, won't grow and won't be visible on ordinary wood or areca nut trees. I've found various types of fungi. However, this type of fungus will be visible on wood like durian trees that have been felled and rotting in forest areas. Because, when this wood rots, although it looks round, it is very rotten and can produce a high water content. Therefore, this type of fungus is chosen for Gymnopilus luteofolius to develop its growth.

In the photo session, I took the photos after the rain stopped in the forest area. So, with favorable weather conditions and lighting, the results can be seen below:

That's the result of the Sony lens that I modified in the picture above, the results of this image are actually very numerous, and because, when I photographed this type of mushroom, it rained again, and I was forced to save my cellphone and macro lens first, so they wouldn't get wet, but don't worry, there are many other types of mushrooms that I photographed on the same day okay.
