RE: Pandas and Bingo Numbers Prediction
Hi @kafio - I replied to @adeljose on Discord a few days ago - sorry for not seeing your mention sooner.
I've also seen the replies below.
When I first saw the note from @adeljose, the accounts being connected in some way was obvious. The explanation given below by mohammadfaisal is certainly plausible although I really don't like the rationale of "There are some haters and people who cannot see others progressing and they always try to pull them back." - especially when there is foundation in the accusation.
The account "laddo" was inactive for 4 years and has now returned to write about games on a daily basis... and receives a steemcurator or booming vote just as frequently. This doesn't sit well with me and I certainly find it suspicious.
In addition, mohammadfaisal was also recently highlighted for repeatedly posting the same content, farming rewards from a booming account holder who rather than not vote for him, highlighted and kept voting. Not coincidentally, for a "game".
So whilst it's difficult to argue with what's been explained below, it's clear that this 'laddo' account exists for one purpose - to farm rewards by targeting whoever is voting on 'games'. And accounts like this are generally secondary accounts, used by an already existing user.
This has all of the hallmarks of an account that simonnwigwe was using (wasa2020?) - where there was originally a real person behind the account that he subsequently took over to farm as much as possible.
There's also the fact that their activity dovetails beautifully - visible on steemworld. laddo's posts always coincide with a pause in mohammadfaisal's activity.
Unfortunately, I don't have time to provide you with a great deal of confidence.

The outage may be due to the fact that records show the photos were taken and posted from the same phone, which @moecki can help us with.
Me?! I didn't realise that I had already helped here with this ;-)

I find @kafio's results very convincing.
