The Tree of Emotions🍁

in WORLD OF XPILAR6 days ago (edited)

When I went to the park, I noticed a tree that stood apart from all the others. It was bare, empty of leaves, yet still incredibly beautiful. Looking at it stirred many emotions and thoughts within me, reminding me of different phases of life. Everything around it was the same the same place, the same season, the same air, the same light yet every tree looked different. In that moment, I realized that human beings are the same. We all exist in the same world, under similar circumstances, yet each person grows differently. That tree made me feel how a person who has not received emotional comfort in many places slowly becomes different from others. Not broken, but distinct. And even after becoming different, such a person can still look beautiful in their own way. They no longer need validation or support to define their worth; they become enough for themselves. Their beauty comes from standing alone, rooted in who they truly are.

In our lives, we meet many people and form numerous friendships and relationships, and on the surface everything seems pleasant and full of laughter. However, emotional comfort is something very rare. Not everyone we call a friend is someone we can turn to during an emotional breakdown. People often believe that being happy, joking, and talking casually is all that matters, while emotions are treated as something weak or even laughable. When someone dares to express their true feelings, instead of being listened to and understood, they are judged, labeled as “depressed,” or told that they take things too seriously. The truth is that seriousness and sensitivity exist only for those we keep close to our hearts; we do not feel deeply for everyone. Wanting to be heard, understood, and comforted is a basic human need, not a flaw. Unfortunately, when emotions are repeatedly ignored or misunderstood, people begin to hide them and push themselves aside, learning to survive without expressing what they truly feel. This does not mean they stop feeling; it only means they stop showing it. Such emotional silence is not strength but a defense mechanism, created when the world fails to offer a safe space for honesty and vulnerability☘️🍃

While reading, I thought that it was written by me. The same emotions, thoughts that I kept inside myself. Love reading your thoughts. Further ado, big fan of your photography. 😉
More power to you🦋

It felt really, really good to hear this that someone truly understands my way of thinking. Some things can only be understood after seeing and getting so much.
And I’m genuinely glad that you understand me🥹

I heard somewhere that those who go through know very well. Everyone goes through many problems but the way we react to them, reflects our personality. And we are one of those who stay quiet.
