The 2026 FIFA World Cup will take place in 16 cities across North America, with Canada, the United States, and Mexico co-hosting the event.

Matches in Canada will be held in Vancouver and Toronto. In addition to the two Canadian cities, US cities including Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, New York/New Jersey, and Mexican cities – Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara – will also host matches in the 2026 World Cup. This will be the first World Cup where some participating teams are expected to be expanded from 32 to 48.

B.C. Stadium Vancouver hosted nine matches in the 2015 Women's World Cup, including the finals which attracted over 50,000 fans. Toronto, meanwhile, hosted the Pan American Games in 2019. Both Toronto's B.C. Place and BMO Field are scheduled for upgrades ahead of the 2026 World Cup, with Toronto expanding its stadium capacity to 40,000.
