Stir-fried chicken | SC29W3

A new week of challenges. These past three weeks we've enjoyed delicious recipes with a universal protein: chicken. That's why I'd like to invite @mireyalongart, @thaispadron , and @eliany to this wonderful challenge.
Do you like stir-fried chicken? Have you tried it at home before? What makes it different from other recipes?
I love chicken, and I especially love it stir-fried. I started eating healthier a while ago, and stir-fried chicken was a constant feature in my meals. However, the recipe shared by our friend @sooboni is unique. Her recipe involves searing the vegetables step by step. I found that interesting and fantastic because the chicken came out crispy. The vegetables weren't mushy, they were crisp. I really liked that. Along with the hints of ginger, it gives it a unique flavor.

Prepare the stir-fried chicken recipes shared in the course or any other you like with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with pictures.
To begin, I marinated the chicken. I used pepper, sugar, salt, garlic, and ginger and a touch of mustard. . I waited 30 minutes and then started the cooking process.

I julienned all the vegetables I had available. After the marinating time had elapsed, I began the process of searing each vegetable.

In the hot pan, I added the fat and seared the bell pepper, then I did the same with the carrot.

Once the bell pepper and carrot were sealed, I proceeded to brown the spring onion with the garlic.

Once the garlic and scallions were browned, the chicken broth was ready. Now I added the chicken and seared it as well. That is, I waited for the color of the meat to change from pink to white. Once that was done, I added the chicken broth and waited a few minutes. Finally, it was ready.

Stir-fried chicken ready and served to be enjoyed.

Muy bien marinado. Me encanta el toque de mostaza. Cuando estaba activa, el pollo a la mostaza era un pedido fijo en un local cerca de mi trabajo.
Los vegetales se disfrutan mucho cocidos de esta manera, esto de cocinar uno a la vez es muy de la cocina china. Lleva su trabajo pero es estupendo.

Verdaderamente le da un sabor espectacular. La mostaza surgió porque la salsa de ostra no estaba a disposición. Pero el toque que le dió fue un plus.

Stir-fry is a chicken is cooked on high flame in less oil. Continously stri to cook it from all sides. Crisp from out side and tender and juicy from inside make it delicious and different from others. Its good to know that you have tried it before.
