Simmer Cooking. Techniques

Simmering is like cooking food on very low flame. You keep it low, around 160-180°F, and let those small bubbles rise to the surface – that's where the magic happens . It's all about patience; let those flavors meld together, don't rush it . Give it a gentle stir every now and then, but don't go crazy . This technique is perfect for soups, stews, or sauces, simmerin's got you covered!

In simmering only low flame heat is used to cook while ingredients and spices all are same with same procedure. Just low heat infuse taste from meat and spices and make it more delicious and unique.

Slow-cooked chicken should be amazing 😋😋😋. I don't have curry powder at home, so I'll have to visit a spice shop. Perfect for a double challenge! I'll be sharing my entry soon. 👍🏽
