Welcome to last week of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 29. I would like to thank @steemitblog for giving me this opportunity. In this course we will explore the different chicken recipes every week, their ingredients, their cooking style, and a food recipe that is the most popular.
Chicken is one of the most versatile and widely consumed proteins globally, offering endless possibilities for culinary creativity; from spicy curries and smoky barbecues to tender roasts and zesty stir-fries, chicken adapts effortlessly to diverse flavors and cooking techniques, making it a staple in kitchens worldwide, where methods like grilling, braising, frying, and slow-cooking transform simple ingredients into mouthwatering dishes that cater to every palate and occasion.
In this season we'll explore different cooking techniques to make different delicious recipe.
There are a lot of recipes where chicken is cooked with rice. In every cuisine there are many varieties of cooking chicken and rice. Rice is served with many recipes as a side, but today in this week we only consider the recipe in which chicken is cooked with rice.
In Pakistani culture, biryani is popular; on the Arab side, bukhari; in Afghanistan and Iran, polao; and in African cuisine, jollof rice and arroz chino in Venezuela are popular recipes with chicken. This week you are again free to make any chicken and rice recipe that you like.

| Coriander powder 2tbsp |
| Chilli flakes 1tsp |

| Cumin seeds 1tsp |
| Turmeric powder 1tsp |
| Garam masala |
| Fried onion 4-5tbsp |
| Tomatoes 5 medium |
| Yougart |
| Food color |
Biryani is done in three steps ,first chicken masala is made then rice is boiled then mixing of chicken masala is done to make Biryani.
Step 1:
- Take oil in a pan and fry chicken in it until its colour changes then add garlic ginger paste in it and fry it for 1-2 minutes. Slit green chillies into 4 pieces and fry it with chicken. Then add all dry spices in pan and sotey it until good aroma of spices come out.

- Add tomatoes, yougart and fried onions in it and cook until chicken and all soten and oil comes out. Now chicken masala is ready to mixed with rice.

Step:
- Rice is soaked in water for 30 minutes before boiling. Add cardamom, cinnamon and clove in water and keep heating it. After 7-8 minutes add soaked rice in it and boil it. When rice 95% cooked strain it in a strainer.

Step3:
- In a pan add 1tbsp of oil then add a base layer of boiled rice, then spread chicken masala over rice . Then make another layer of chicken masala over it then spread rice over it . Then add food color at the top of lyer. Add 1-2 tbsp of oil on it. Place lid over pan and cook it for 7-8 mins until rice completely cooked.

Oh my God! Let's end on a high note 🤩. Chicken and rice is one of my favorite meals. I read the recipe the instructor provided, but I don't have some of the ingredients, and I'm not in the budget for them. But I will do my best. Many blessings to all 😍😘🤩🍀👍🏽
