Hi my friends, how are you?.
I hope you are all well. I am also well. So today SLC27-W6 is an opportunity to present another wonderful challenge. Today's topic is "Traditional Dessert". It is a wonderful competition and we can submit any traditional dessert. So I am very happy to have such an opportunity. Today I am here to present my presentation. While preparing this dessert, I will follow the rules of the competition. I will do my best by participating in such a challenging competition. Now it is time to present my presentation. 1.What is your traditional dessert? Have you tried it?

My traditional dessert is Vatalappan. It is very tasty and one of my favorites. I have tried this dessert several times because I love this dessert. Vatalappan is a very famous dessert in Sri Lanka and almost everyone likes it. This topic is a traditional dessert so I remembered Vatalappan. Because it is very famous in my country and it is included in the traditional dessert. I have been fond of such desserts since I was a child. This competition is a very great competition so I chose this dessert while I was studying this topic. So if you also try this recipe, I will always look for this dessert.

My father's favorite dish is this Vatalappan dessert. So we always prepare this dessert at home. We love its taste. I remember that I first tried to prepare this dessert after I ate this dessert at a party. So I loved its taste so I tried to prepare this dessert. So my aunt taught me how to prepare this dessert first. So I thank her a lot. From that day till today, we prepare this Vatalappan dessert every time.

Today, as per the competition theme, I am preparing the Vatalappan dessert as mentioned earlier. So, I am very happy to have this opportunity. Since everyone loves the taste of Vatalappan, today I will prepare the Vatalappan dessert. And I will present to you step by step how to prepare this dessert.

🔲 Step 01

• First, I took a clean bowl. Then, I took the required amount of jaggery and grated it. After adding it to the bowl, I added the required amount of milk to it and dissolved it well like this.

• Then I took another bowl. I added two eggs to that bowl. After that, I beat the eggs well like this. I beat them well like this for about 3 minutes.

• Then I added vanilla to the beaten egg mixture like this and beat well for a while. You can add as much vanilla as you want.

• Now I added the previously prepared jaggery to the milk mixture. I added the beaten egg mixture to that mixture and beat it well for about a minute.

• Then I took a steaming pot. I strained the mixture into the pot like this, added it, and steamed it well for about 20 minutes.

• After steaming it well, I removed it from the steamer like this. I let it cool for a while, then I put it in the refrigerator and added it to a plate.

3.Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.

Actually, when I was preparing this recipe, the power went out in my house. So after I prepared this recipe, it was too late to steam it. But since today is the deadline, I somehow wanted to prepare this recipe and participate in this competition on steemit. But I did not give up my efforts. So, since this steamer was disconnected from the electricity, I prepared another steamer on my stove and prepared to steam this recipe. So my efforts were successful. Because I was finally able to steam this recipe on my stove. So, despite all these difficulties, I finally won.

4.On what occasion do you want to make it.

Actually, the best time for me to prepare this Vatalappan recipe is after eating. So this recipe is very important after eating. Because I have heard that this Vatalappan dessert is very important to quickly decompose the food we eat. So I also like to prepare this Vatalappan dessert on various festive occasions. Because everyone loves this Vatalappan dessert very much, so it is very important to prepare this recipe on festive occasions. Because everyone loves this recipe, so they eat this recipe very willingly. So I prepare this recipe on every occasion. I also prepare this recipe on festive occasions in my house. So I tell you that I like to make it on several occasions.
