The first part of the story is taken from Challenge.

A world where emotions are physically manifested as creatures roaming the streets. The rain had been falling all afternoon, turning the city streets into gray and lonely. Zany pulled her hood tight, the cold wind pressing against her skin like a reminder of how alone she felt. That’s when she saw a moving figure weaving colors through the mist.

Zany froze as she saw a bright and fluttering tiny colored dragon dancing just beyond the puddle at the edge on the street. She remembered everyone said small dragons appear when you least expected them, but she never thought she’d see one ever.

It floated toward her, its wings casting sparkles on her wet jeans. She felt as if all the dullness around her seemed to pulse with color now. She held out her hand, trembling.

The dragon landed softly on her fingers, and in that moment she felt the heaviness in her chest lifted just a little. She managed to smile feeling something she hadn’t in forever. Was it a spark of joy? They moved together into the evening, light trailing behind them....

The next part of the story

It had been raining heavily since noon that day. The whole city was silent, there were no people on the streets, only the cold sound of water and wind. Leela was walking along that silent street. She was very alone, very tired. She felt as if there was no one in the whole world beside her today. As soon as the cold wind hit her body, she pulled her hoodie over her head. Leela was walking slowly, thinking about her lost dreams. Her dreams seemed to have vanished into thin air and could not be found even if she searched for them. Just then, she stopped. There was a small pond on the other side of the street, and a light was flickering on the other side. Leela wiped her eyes and looked closely.

Oh, it was a small flying dragon. Its body was glowing in soft light, blue, pink and gold. So small that it could be held in the palm of her hand. Leela stood there in surprise. She remembered a saying she had heard from people: Dragons only see people whose hopes and loneliness are very high. Leela wondered if they really had no hope? But seeing the dragon, a slight warmth rose within her. She slowly raised her hand. The little dragon flew up and sat on her hand. The dragon was humming softly, as if it wanted to speak. Leela smiled. She smiled openly after a long time.

The dragon held Leela's hand and pointed her towards a light. Leela didn't understand, but still trusted the dragon and moved forward. As the light approached, the surroundings changed. It was a dreamlike place. Clear blue water, white clouds like cotton, waterfalls falling from the mountain peaks, all seemed amazing. Leela put her hand in the water. As soon as the cold water hit her, her mind felt light. Right then, the surroundings lit up with different colored lights.

She looked and saw many small dragons all around her. Small flying creatures of all colors, blue, purple, red, and gold. They seemed to be welcoming her. Leela understood that the world is not so bad. There are so many colors in life, so many dreams. Hope was born again within her. As Lila returned home, she thought, I am not alone. I also need a place of my own. I need a family. But just then, the little dragon jumped out of her hand and flew away. In the space filled with colorful lights, it looked back at its friends, and slowly disappeared. Lila felt sad, but she did not feel angry. She understood that dragons also have their own family, their own dreams.

Lila woke up and saw her family next to her. Her mother was calling her, her sister was smiling, and she slowly realized that it was all a dream. But that dream changed her. She thought, I am not alone anymore. I will believe in myself. I will find my dreams again. In the morning, Lila saw a small bouquet of flowers by the window, the colors were exactly like those dragons. Blue, purple, gold.. She smiled. Maybe the dream was not just a dream. Maybe the little dragon really came. Lila's eyes got wet. But today she is no longer sad. "Because, he understands that no matter how lonely we feel in life, there is a light for us somewhere.

I am mentioning three of my friends.
