When advised husband does not accept.
When the husband ordered rebels.
When the honor of the husband is no longer noticed.

So start wary about the wives who are in danger of hell fire as in the hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam:

"It shows me the fire of hell, and most of the inhabitants are women because they are kufr, they are kufr to husbands and to the good of their husbands"
