Interestingly enough, this is based on a true story. Well, not Virgil and his proclivities. And in real life, it was a squirrel, not a raccoon. But apparently this actually happened to someone here in SW Virginia. LOL

Reminds me of an episode of Tin-Tin, in which the missing jewels turned up in the nest of a thieving crow. Great story! I like the surprise twist with the leathery appendages and the radar pings. :-)
