The Worst Week... With Awesome Results For The Long Term!

How A Decline In Numbers Can Be Amazing.
Fellow Steemians...
In the weekly report from @abh12345, we can see the numbers from the #stewardsofgondor. I'll skip any forewords and introductions and dive right into my stats for the past week.

I'm down on most numbers. I haven't been able to produce as many comments as last week, and I haven't published as many articles myself. That means that the number of self votes have also decreased, as I never upvote my own comments. I have also lowered the self vote percentage with 3% compared to the week before, so that's a good thing... But it's also the effect off of producing less articles.
This is also the first week I didn't reach the "legend upvoter" status by casting 1000 upvotes. I almost reached it, but I fell short with 6 upvotes in total... And that's obviously not a big deal, but it still hurts because I was proud to achieve that week after week. - A cool thing though, is that I managed to upvote 60 unique authors more than the week before.

With that being said, there's a pretty cool, awesome and actually a good reason for me to not produce what I've been able to do prior to this week. The reason is @asapers.
The #asapers is a project I'm proud to have initiated and successfully launched on this amazing platform.
If you want more information:
@asapers is a project started by @hitmeasap to make a difference in young Steemians lives and to help them make a difference on Steemit. This wouldn't have been possible without the incredible generosity from @fulltimegeek.
The @asapers

So with a rather hectic schedule with everything I have to do in real life, I also need to control, manage and run the @asapers and it's an incredible experience, with people I truly appreciate and love. All of the asapers have my utmost respect and I'm honored to be called both a benefactor and mentor for this group of amazing individuals. Along with that, I continue to work as much as I possibly can with the #stewardsofgondor and to produce satisfying results for each Steemian I reach with my votes, comments or resteems. And obviously, to increase and grow my own account and my personal audience as well.
None of this would've been possibly without @fulltimegeek, the #stewardsofgondor, the team of @asapers and my readers. Your support means the world to me and you all give me tons of energy and strength. Thank you!
Like I said last week:
I believe that there's room for improvement on my behalf, so I'll continue to work in the same direction, because I believe I'm able to produce more and better results with time, as long as I continue on this path. With @asapers, I know I'll be able to do more and this is my way of saying "Thank You" and to "Pay It Forward".

Good job still. that is still 100 more comments then you had before.
I don't know what it is about numbers. They always interest me. I might have a passion for numbers they say. Some say they are the best way of explaining are universe.
Thank you @braxton101, I appreciate it. Honestly, I have never been a fan of numbers... But I like to use them because they tell me pretty much exactly what I have done and what I need to do further on. If and when I want to change them. So numbers like this are perfect to use when it comes to my own approach and my results. That's why I use them. :)
Dont get discouraged or feel down because of the numbers, its just a matter of time and you will bounce back. Being good is great, and you have proven to be different in this community. Thanks for dedicating some of your time to @asapers👍
Thank you very much @frankabelle, I appreciate it. :)
I'm still amazed to see how awesome replies and overall superb content you can produce with your phone. It's really cool to see. We'll do many great things.. Starting asap. ;)
Thanks so much😊
Keep kickin ass!! You're doing great things and the platform needs more people like you!!
Thank you, I appreciate your support as always! :)
Despite the fact that you are much occupied with some other tasks.
You still performed well. Don't allow those numbers to weigh you down.
@asapers is really a great one that required much commitment.
You are still doing great as a steward
Thank you very much for the support. I appreciate it! :)
You ain't the only one man. Since #asapers started my commenting has went way down. I think it is mainly due to me putting in effort to get to know you guys better, though it also as to do with the fact that work has had me so wiped out for the last few weeks.
Regardless, I'm glad to be a part of the project and believe awesome things will come out of it.
Keep Steeming!
Yeah, I totally understand you and the thing is, the discord channel isn't even the only way taking time. As we're still newly born, there's a bunch of things to think of and to do, before we can actually start doing what we want... So that takes time too. Just to think about stuff. :D
Emmm no matter, anyway I can help this project, please call all me I'm all in for service
I'll let you know if we need something in the near future! Until then, keep being awesome! :)
Legit, with Asapers going on, I'm surprised you did as much as you did. It's pretty hard to do.
Thank you for the support. I always appreciate encouragement like this. It means a lot to me.
So good I just found out about you on @anomadsoul's blog. I wouldn't ask for up votes or comments but I would love it if you could resteem my articles once in a while sosm that I can get noticed.
Remain blessed.
That's cool @kamalkennedy, I appreciate it. However, I never promise anyone Resteems or things like that. But just like I said on his blog, I always upvote and/or reply to all the comments (as long as they are genuine) I get on my articles, so here's an upvote for you! :)
Thanks. I aim to one day have a strong following like you do.
Well, I am sure next time you will get it over there. Making sure numbers are in reach, is the key to continuous improvement and long term success.
That is very true, and the numbers I'm striving for is within reach. I've reached them several weeks and I missed it by 6 votes in total.. So there's no harm done. Even though I would still love to have reached 1000 like I've been doing since I got the delegation.. :D
Don't get discouraged my friend @hitmeasap. You have touched and affected lives with the love you show, support and everything. I just got to know of the @asapers today and I'll love to be a part of the community. Thanks again @hitmeasap, your show of love means a lot to us
Thank you for your kind words @eldahcee, I appreciate it. I am just trying to do what I believe is for the best. Nothing more and nothing less. I want to "pay it forward" and I think this is or at least will be a superb way of doing that. All it takes is a little bit of time to set everything up. :)
