Happy steemversary @apolymask! Two years sure flies by I bet! I liked reading your post and hearing some of the things that have gone on with you; I of course knew about IFC (again, awesome hat!!), but I didn't know it made you feel like this:
it helped me value my own health more and it got me back outside in the sun and nature more and exercising more and sleeping better and.. It really did breath new life into me.
That goes above and beyond awesome and if that was the only thing that came out of these two years, I'd say you're one lucky guy :)
Thanks lynncoyle! And it did indeed fly by pretty quick, more so once the IFC started though! That kept me so busy... AND.. It was really fun! So.. Time definitely flew.

In regards to the last part.. I agree! Except.. Lucky in some ways, not so lucky in others.. But.. Definitely lucky in some ways! Including the way in which you referred to. I'm really grateful I was able to pull out of that downward spiral to the extent I have, that was a path that was not looking good the more I look back.
