If you want to find out about aesthetic vocal surgery, I would suggest looking in the transgender community. It's not super common, but some MTF people have vocal surgery to sound more feminine, so theoretically the opposite could also be possible. However, one of the reasons this is so uncommon is because these procedures have a high risk of scarring, which can lead to irreversible vocal damage.
As for the rhinoplasty part, I wonder if there is any way to compensate for the vocal effects of a nose job. For instance, if the vocal surgery was perfected more, maybe singers who get nose jobs could get a vocal surgery as well to compensate for the change. Just a thought.
