Oh no, that's really not cool for your lovely momma! I remember the problem my wife and her parents got when they first traveled to come to Mauritius, the people in Paris just made them lose so much time that they missed the flight!
Oh no! That's awful and too common isn't it? It makes me so sad to hear that people are treated this way when they are just trying to get somewhere... I hope one day it will change! I'm happy to hear your wife ended up arriving to you :)
