Daybook December 20

Nurse educators play a critical role in bridging the gap
between evidence-based research and everyday nursing practice.
When knowledge becomes accessible, practical, and timely,
both nurses and patients benefit.

I love being a nurse educator.
I see myself as a bridge
between evidence-based research
and the everyday practice of nursing.

My role is to make that connection quick and easy—
through emails, posters, short huddles,
and any way that helps knowledge reach the bedside.

Education works best
when knowledge is not owned,
but shared.

One Line for Nurses and Student Nurses Today:
Education builds bridges so knowledge can reach care.
