xCoins.io BTC withdraw 500 errors today?

BTC Withdraw not working, 500 errors! What is going on https://xcoins.io??? I just opened a ticket. Hope this is not a new trend, or worse!!??
Now i'm worried, is it broken? Am I blocked? Will it come back? I need my BTC!!
I just opened up a ticket with XCoins this A.M.
Still waiting to hear back!
On the bright side STEEM is up today! YAY!
Update 10/06/19:
Finally heard back from XCoins! They said there was a surge in demand and causing the outages! I ended up getting it to work a few hours later!
Http 500 is often a sign that the web server needs to be rebooted. If they have multiple front end servers, you may be able to get around this by using a proxy / VPN.
This will allow you to connect from a different IP address in another geographic region which, in theory, may cause you to connect to a different web server for that region.

Thanks for the tip, I did actually try the vpn to check and that didn't fix. I'll just try again later.
