I’m thinking of not leaving a comment but that’s the way to initiate a fun conversation and knowing a little about the author.
Many appreciated it and few are ungrateful.

I'd just say that one word comments like that are often seen as spam. I don't mind if you just use a standard one, but make it more informative of what you do.
They are not often seen as spam, they are spam.
Right now, I'm not worried about it. I am more concern of helping other authors earn a little recognition of their hard work.
