Yoga Challenge - Day 2 (aka... How am I SO sore from Day 1?)

Hey guys!

Today I completed my second yoga session this year.

I’ve committed to 30 days of yoga... and so even when life gets busy - I’m going to try my best to fit it in.

I feel super sore from yesterday’s yoga session and I had a LOT to do after work today, and so I usually would have just skipped it. I like that I’m part of a challenge that I’ve posted publicly about because it helps keep me accountable.

I didn’t have a very intense practice today because I was sore, but it felt good to stretch and so some gentle poses.

If you ever do 100 reps of other exercise, feel free to tack it on the fitnesschallenge blog I've been posting daily. We need some female power.

Hmmm maybe I should! I really should get back into strength training. I definitely look and feel my best when I’m doing things like pushups, lunges, squats etc everyday.

Am I supposed to do 100 reps of each excercise or 100 in total of different things. I could work up to 100 of a single excercise... but I’m not there yet! Haha

It's casual and you can pop in whenever you want. Just a sum of 100 reps total spanning whatever you heart desires. It's starting to grow and everyone is very supportive of each other!

Example:

Daily Challenge Completed - 150 reps:
-80 Shoulder Bar Presses (75 pounds)
-60 Back Bar Rows (75 pounds)
-10 Reverse Forearm Bar Curls (75 pounds)

Oh that’s awesome! Ok... I like that it’s flexible. I should have time today to do it!

Just do it .....
