I have LOW blood pressure. Should I still drink beetroot juice? I will definitely try to find a farmers market. I live in the city but there must be one somewhere around here. I went to a hand specialist last Friday and after Z-rays I was told that I have arthritis and carpal tunnel but I was advised NOT to have surgery for the carpal tunnel. I had no plans to have surgery and I didn't ask about it, so I was surprised that he told me not to have surgery. Most docs want to cut. He told me to take B-6 once a day.
