After I recently joined Steem, I was on the look out for a microblogging service built on top of Steem. Browsing from Steem Projects, I found Zappl, but since it was down I was a bit disheartened thinking it was an abandoned project.
Good to know that this is a temporary situation and it should be coming back up soon.
