We learned Zethyr recently launched Zethyr Finance 2 and your team started the migration of users from V1 to V2. Anything you would like to share with us about Zethyr Finance 2.

As you have probably been aware, in Zethyr Finance 2, we will open lending pools to TRX, USDT, WIN and BTT right from the beginning. To streamline the experience and maximise yield for every user across lending pools, Zethyr Finance 2 will enable lending for all deposits.

So, when you deposit your tokens into Zethyr Finance 2, those tokens will be available for others to borrow, if they are willing to pay interests higher than staking interests. Consequently, you will earn higher yields for your tokens than if you simply stake.

Fantastic right? After depositing, you will have an option to enable collateral for that asset. This option will help you protect the asset that you value and prevent this asset from being liquidated.

After the launch of Zethyr Finance 2 we see a new token named zTokens. What can you tell us about it?

zTokens are pegged 1:1 to the value of the underlying tokens that are deposited in Zethyr and can be freely stored, traded and transferred. zTokens are minted upon supply (not deposit) and burned when de-supply. Whenever users' underlying tokens accrue interests in Zethyr protocol, the equivalent amounts in zTokens will be minted and sent to users' wallets directly.

With zTokens, users can redirect interest payments to any wallets without ever withdrawing the tokens from Zethyr protocol. Ownership of zTokens dictates ownership of the corresponding tokens in Zethyr.

Yes we support staking Dlive on Zethyr Finance 2. So for $BTT token staked in https://zethyr.finance/#/, you are getting dividends from http://dlive.tv/ platform and you will get $ZTR and zBTT as the interest and is added to BTT supply pool to create more interest.

Assets in the lending pools are automatically allocated to maximise yields.
For example, in the case of WIN, if at a given time, 50% are staked at WINK, 45% borrowed and 5% idle, your interest will come from both WINK and borrowers and will be greater than if you stake 100% at WINK.

In Zethyr Finance 1 we only support WIN staking while offering TRX for borrowing, but in Zethyr Finance 2, not only can you borrow but also lend your idle TRON tokens to Zethyr to maximise your yields. Zethyr accept USDT, TRX, WIN and BTT as collaterals while offering USDT and TRX for borrowing.
