ЖОПА with UTF8

ЖОПА [ZHOPA] is formally Russian word for THE ASS. But the slang meaning is absolute fuckup situation.

I'd like to propose Steem to introduce UTF-8 characters for tags since it is quite ineffective to build local language communities without that thing.
