Add the pork, soy sauce, cooking wine, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes to marinate. Actually, if you have time, overnight is the best.

Add the flour to a separate mixing bowl. Dredge each piece of pork in the flour and set aside on a wire rack. For best results, double dredge the pork.

Pour some cooking oil into a pan and heat it to about 350°F or 180 Celsius. Fry the pork, in batches, until it's a beautiful golden brown. That should take about four or five minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the pork. Set it aside in a wire rack.

Add the butter and a bit of olive oil to a separate frying pan and let it melt down over medium high heat. Then, adding the garlic, bell pepper, jalapeño, and green onion. Stir in sauté until the veggies are tender crisp and the garlic is fragrant.

Add the pork back in and toss until everything is well combined.

Serve and enjoy your hot garlic pepper pork strips.
