First of all, I will like to wish everyone a happy new month. The month of June came and go and we are in another new month which marks the beginning of new activities, but before we proceed, we need to highlight the work done for the month of June.

I've had quite a wonderful experience curating with the @steemcurator05 account courtesy of the steemit team. Throughout the one month journey, I learned a lot. I discovered my weaknesses and strengths, which gave me the avenue to improve and get better. If I say I'm not impressed with the job that the steemit team (@steemcurator01, and @steemitblog ) are doing, then I'm lying. They've paddled the steemit canoe to a safe end with their continuous ideal implementation of ideas to cause reasonable engagement on the platform. I dope my cap for their job well done.

My curation journey

I started curating with the @steemcurator05 account on 2nd of June 2020. Today's report makes it the 4th weekly report I'm providing. If anyone wants to go through the previous reports, here are the links below

Week 1 curation report

Week 2 curation report

Week 3 curation report

The journey has been pleasant, and at the same time challenging. When you are at the helm of an affair, many people look up to you. Some want to see your progress, while some are there to watch your downfall. With this mindset, it becomes difficult to make some decisions if you are not prepared to serve with a true heart. I can't judge my performance, but I would be glad if the members of the community can drop one or two comments about the journey. No favour, please condemn my bad part. It's a welcome criticism, and I will learn from it.

Now, over to this week's curation.

I'm gonna give the statistics of activities this week, and later compare the previous weeks in a chart. I'm eager to see the differences and how much I was active within the month, but before then, the reward summary first.

This week was 651.31 curation SP, with author reward of 3.69SP. The voting CSI was 7.40 (0.00% self, 167 upvotes on 58 accounts).

Comparing all activities ftom week 1 to 4

My graph was based on Curation SP, and Vote CSI. Below in tabular form are the result from week one to four.

WeeksCuration SPVote CSI

The covariance shows how associated the variables are, but considering the difference at -11.65 in their value there are slight differences, however, the correlation which shows "not related are considerably close. We can see it clearly via the pie chart

Thank you for the support in creating Steem Africa community

The rapid growth of the community members isn't by my power, but by the support from everyone involved in the community. To all Steem Africa members now 239 subscribers, I say a big thank you. Your support has been awesome, and I appreciate all of you big time.

I also want to use this opportunity to appreciate the Steem Africa team (@yohan2on, @c-diamond, and @apponkg ) for their support. More power to your elbow as we continue the journey to further get more Africans on board.

According to the curation rules, a curator handling an account can vote his/her content once per day, but I never voted any of my contents, instead, I focused on the community members and the Steem African team, by distributing the vote as necessary. In fact, it's a pleasure.

My uttermost regards go to @steemcurator01, and @steemitblog for counting me worthy of the June curation offer. As I drop the baton for whomsoever takes it, my heart remains blessed, and the joy knows no bound because of the impact I've made through creating the Steem Africa community.

My humble shoutout to all the July curators

How I wish the button remained with you a little bit longer, but again such is the real cycle. You did an amazing task and sure to the next curator, luck.

Thank you my Sister, for this great report you have served us with. I see the kind of effort you are showing to us in @steemafrica community is very fantastic.

many thanks my dear, happy new month to you too. kudos for your report, its a nice gesture, you are hardworking and i pleased to mt you on hr. lets do better this month of july. thanks @beautychicks ans all of us.

Yea @kebi4all, it's nice meeting you. There is always the room to do better. The sky will be our starting point. Much appreciation.

I am sad you are leaving the position as a curator. I highly appreciate your selfless behavior, putting the needs of others ahead without voting for yourself as the curation rules states. Sister your work as a curator was exceptional, remarkable, extraordinary and unfathomable when compared to others. Thanks very much.

You don't need to be sad @agodaniel32, remember that I took it from someone too, and the outcome was the creation of Steem Africa. Now that another person has taken over, it will also be for the progress of the blockchain. If the power didn't get to me, we won't be discussing this today. Just have the mind that life is turn by turn. It is another person's turn, and I'm happy about the shift. Let's continue doing everything we can to keep the community alive. Thanks for your concern. Highly valued.

Thanks for the words of encouragement

Thank you for all your great curation work @beautychicks.

Look out for more news on @steemitblog shortly.
