We deserve to get rewarded as soon as the market recovers because we stayed in the game through thick and thin
The crypto market really is unpredictable because volatility can churn your stomach until you get crazy if not too worried in the process. Well, personally it worries me because I might see myself as bankrupt as the day I was born and it is not a good feeling at all. There was this time in my life that I was clenching an old 20 Pesos bill in my hand because it is the only money that I have because I have no job and both unable and disabled to do a regular job as I was already sick at that time. That is why it sucks to be sick and needing money, lots of it at the same time.
Unfortunately I am involved in the so-called "risk-on asset" investment where I can only experience good returns if the general market sentiment is positive. But now there are many factors which are affecting cryptos in general particularly for Bitcoin which is pulling the prices of Altcoins in a more magnified way. That is why many investors are quite nervous on how things will go despite that BTC had gained so much value from just more than a year ago.
But the prices are still scary volatile because for one thing the ETF outflows are huge for the reason that BTC ETF investors moves their assets as if they are behaving like retail investors when some ominous bad new happens or will happen. I just think that we do have to practice patience like a rock and wait for dark clouds to clear from the skies so that we can act accordingly and take profits because the cycle of boom and busts for the general market is still on play and I personally think that it will happen again and again.
After taking profits, we will surely have to expect for a market downturn again and I am saying this out of experience now because it is what is usually happening now. The good new is that I am still not bankrupt yet and at least performing better compared to when I was centavoless more than fifteen years ago. I think that I will still be OK since I do not have a lavish lifestyle and my only large expenditure is about purchasing my important vitamins and supplements which I needed to manage my bone and joints issues.
Let us just pray that humanity will achieve some peace right now because the root cause of our problems are hate of humans to other human beings. If only we can practice loving your neighbor and tolerance to our differences, then we can live together in harmony which wil create a better environment conducive for building positive progress in may aspects of our lives including to our finances.
But there are forces of good and evil fighting in this world where most people just choose evil rather than choosing good because Satan himself wants to pull as much souls of people with him to hell and because people are either belong to a bad religion or just born like animals, it crates a hard life for the rest of us all in this world. So again we just have to pray that other people like our leaders will change for the greater good of us so we can find happiness which for now is hard to come by because most people are Godless.

Respect for your honesty. Anyone who has ever been at rock bottom feels market fluctuations much more intensely. I really hope that you stay healthy and never find yourself in such a situation again financially.
I know that feeling all too well. I too have experienced many price crashes. I have even seen coins I had invested in suddenly disappear, and with them my money.
When it comes to crypto, what helps me is to keep the risk low, not to act out of fear, and to secure profits in stages. And when it comes to peace, I agree with you. More humanity and less hatred would make a lot of things easier.
I just regard the things that I have now as bonus because I started from nothing and now I have something, maybe more than most people here in my country can ever achieve in their lifetime and I thank God a million for that grace and blessing in my life. That is why I look at my "glass as half-full" which is better than an empty glass.
Anyway, all we can do is wait, wait for the markets to turn around again. The market really goes in waves and because of that, taking profits should be necessary wen there will be another positive price action because like clockwork, it will all go coming down again.
