"항공우주공학과가 아니다"

영어 잘 모를신 분들한테는 대화에서 갑자기 "로켓"이라는 내용이 왜 나오는지 궁금해 하실 수도 있어요. 아시다시피 로켓을 만드는 것은 매우 어렵고 쉬운 일이 아니겠죠. 그러므로 만약 사람이 어떤 것이 rocket science가 아니라고 말한다면 그것은 어렵지 않다는 것을 의미해요. 다시말해서 매우 쉽다는 뜻이에요.

It’s not rocket science

For those who don't speak English as a first language, you might wonder why the word "rocket" suddenly appears into the conversation. As you know, building a rocket is very difficult and is NOT easy. Therefore, if a person says it's not rocket science, it means it is not difficult. In other words, it's very easy.
