Welcome to my post I am @sualeha from Pakistan,today I like to share my home assignment given by our professor the very Georgeious @nahela mam from team gastronomy fifths week course # 5 in teaching team ,first of all the course of this week seems very interesting and easy understood by me after read the article in which we got chance to learn cooking methods and also would see the cousins of different countries ,if I talk about my gastronomy sense I love to try and learn new and different recipes from any where.
even when ever sometimes we eating out any restaurant and I sow liked something special that they served I asked the chef how we add anything more for tamping flavor or secret tips from the recipe Hehehe 😁 😁.Friends after learning from course # 5 I can able to share my home task easily that activities given us ,
Well guys I am from Pakistan the land of spices,aroma and rich traditional foods , according to the course we have to prepare something new and from another country so today I share here Chinese food pasta ,the origin of the pasta from Italy but famous as Chinese food,I used pasta and prepared Pink sauce pasta 🍝 exclusively so guys with out delay let's start my food blog I hope you all are being with me till end ❤️.
Friends today I share pink sauce pasta recognized by Chinese food but I am a lover of fusion recipes so I add little bit fusion according to my family,s taste so buy first I put separately ingredients before start cooking ,as we learned in our previous courses .
For pasta preparation we all knew very well we boiled the pasta /macaroni in water I also boiled tomatoes for tomato sauce by using Cooking methods with moist/wet heat (boiling in water) , it's used to soften the fiber in food and the results we get tender juicy and easy rew and digust food prepared ,after that I mixed and cooked in certain methods by adding sauce ,cheese and Mayonnaise according to taste that's it ..
Pasta is typically made from durum wheat semolina mixed with water or eggs into a dough, which is then formed into various shapes.
In market many of different types of pasta available in wide range accounting to the shapes and cooking time , each with its own unique shape and texture, we used as required s for different sauces and recipes.
Well I really love the house history of pasta that,s why I chosen for Chinese food for this time ,In Italy, pasta is a staple food and has regional variations in how it's prepared and served. We loved spaghetti , penne ,lasagna, macaroni and much much more pasta dishes very popular due to fantastic taste and signature sauce used in Chinese cooking ,in Pakistan many chinese restaurant opened and served well.,the fried rice also loved worldwide and have become a significant part of many cuisines,do guys next you will enjoy the pasta 🍝 remember the history of it .

I second big reason for selecting this meal is that my all three kids love to eat pasta in any form like spaghetti, macaroni in different shapes so it's my today's dinner also hehehe 😀.my little prince crazy for it he wants any time ....
Yes I am liked the results , during I cooking I was little bit confused because normally I made simple paste but today I add to.ato puree infact it's pink sauce pasta followed the recipe and trying to make it perfectly Chinese food,over all nice by taste and texture 👍👍 everybody liked it.
