I'll have to check out that podcast. I find a lot of Wayne Dyer's suggestions to be very beneficial. I have sleeping issues for most of my life. Since I made a small transition in the past few months, things have improved, but it's still bad by most opinions. I honestly try not to think before I sleep. In those past few months, I have added a gratitude before I go to bed which I believe has helped.

Wonderful post @vincentnijman

Interestingly, I had a lot of trouble falling asleep, yesterday night ( after writing this ), for explainable reasons though. I have tried all kind of things to sleep better but I need one thing: "silence". If that isn't there, things get tough. Less screen staring in the night and not eating too much and quitting my food intake several hours before sleep are important too.

Is the transition you've made merely the gratitude or did you add other things to your bedtime routine?

I listened to a couple of episodes on Sleep from this podcas too. You might like it: "Ancient Wisdom for Modern Health ( by Mark Bunn )

I hope you keep improving your sleep. Sleep is underrated and very important for both mental and physical health.

@trucklife-family here, how very empowering this is, I hope that lots of people start to do this, it would be very transformative.

No doubt about that. Let's spread the word, whether it's in our dreams or in so called 'reality' ;>)

I'm usually...uh..."busy" directly before going to sleep, no sure what that's doing to my brain but I usually wake up somewhat cheerful if nothing else XD

Hope instilling all the good habits comes easy :D

Thank you for your neverending series of kind comments.
Glad to hear that you at least wake up 'somewhat' cheerful in the morning.

Some Very Good Advice!
Yes, your thoughts shape your perception - and this changes your life, whether you have the thoughts asleep or awake.
Your perception of your life is the life you will have.
Great Post!
👍🏼😁👍🏼

True that and thank you very much :>)

Absolutely,
Here's the sad fact...🤔
The human race has gotten very,
very used to this game - to the point of twisting fantasy to reality, and wanting to kill anyone that sees things differently.
Even to the point that you cannot point out the obvious problems with this point of view...
Some will even explain it away (last resort tactic) with "I'm only human"...
Since "most of this starts/started in the subconscious mind"...
If one steps back and asks himself one question..
"What is the true nature of My fellow man"???🤔🤔🤔
Again,."Awesome Post"!

Thank you! :>)
